1. How to Request Data Deletion Without Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of specific personal data (such as saved payment methods, contact cards, or transfer history logs) directly within the Xendr mobile app or by submitting a request below:

• In-App Deletion: Open Xendr App ➔ Go to Settings ➔ Select Legal & Consumer Protection Policies ➔ Tap Data Deletion Request Portal.
• Email Request: Send an email to support@xendr.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

2. Data Types Eligible for Deletion

• Saved Payment Sources & Tokenized Cards
• Saved Beneficiary Contacts
• App Navigation & Search Logs

3. Data Retention for Regulatory Compliance

In accordance with statutory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations (US BSA, FinCEN, UK MLR, and CFPB EFTA Regulation E), financial transaction records and identity verification records must be retained for a mandatory statutory period (up to 5 years) before full purge.
